Obituary

Anita Jeanette Deusenberry, born July 2, 1933 in Kingmont, to Charles Burnell Kramer and Ola Geraldine Swecker Kramer King. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She was an avid reader, loved to crochet, creating many beautiful afghans for her family and friends. She was employed by FMC and retired from The Arbors as a CNA.

She was married to George Brinton Deusenberry on September 9, 1959 until his death on August 18, 1982. She had two daughters, Kimberly Clelland (Charles) and Kristen Carrington; grandchildren, Charlie Clelland (Bobbie Jo), Charity Clelland (Brian), Emer Carrington, Brinton Carrington; town great granddaughters, Annaleese Hays and Abrielle Dublin; brothers, and sisters-in-law, Louise Lyons, Clint Deusenberry, Marjorie Plumley, Larry Deusenberry, Donna McDougal (Richard), Chuck Deusenberry (Marcia); and several nieces and nephews.

Anita was preceded in death by her parents; step father, Thomas King; husband; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Blond Deusenberry and Edna Deusenberry; brother, Gerald Kramer; sister, Barbara Cassella; sister-in-law, Anna Summers; Richard Deusenberry; and Jerry Deusenberry.

In keeping with Anita's wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no visitation or service. The family would like to thank Genesis Pierpont Center for their loving care and WV Caring Hospice.
