Arthur "Jim" Perkins, 73, of Baxter passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital surrounded by family.  He was born March 25, 1946 in Marion County, WV son of the late Charles and Helen Perkins.

Jim is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia "Patty" Perkins of Baxter; Jamie Perkins and wife Donna of Baxter, Joey Perkins of Baxter; granddaughter, Lindsey Domico and husband Anthony; two great grandchildren, Ella Domico and Anthony "A.J." Domico; brother, Harold "Bud" Perkins and friend Margie; ex-daughter-in-law, Angie Clutter and companion Greg, sister-in-law, Linda Perkins; brother-in-law, Ira Ogden; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jim is preceded in death by his daughter, Trisha Beth Perkins; two brothers, Charlie and Tom Perkins; a sister, Florence Ogden; two sisters-in-law, Peg and Carol Perkins; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Pyles; and father-in-law, Emory Pyles.
