Bernard "Tom" Thomas Eddy, 83, of Fairview, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020. He was born October 19, 1936, a son of the late Joseph Lewis Eddy and Florence Elizabeth Tennant Eddy.

Bernard was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved to cook.

Bernard is survived by his wife, Reta "June" Eddy; children, Tammy Shriver and her husband Delbert and Ronald Eddy; grandchildren, Thomas Shriver, Dylan Eddy, and Cody Eddy; great grandchildren, Cordelia Eddy and Charisma Eddy; siblings, Paul Eddy and Janice Brummage; nephew, Johnny Williams; several other nieces and nephews; and his dog Zoey.

In addition to his parents, Bernard was preceded in death by his son, John Earl Eddy; grandson, Nathaniel Shriver; and siblings, Olen Lewis Eddy, Eileen Moore, Louella Bane, Regina Olive Eddy, Betty Pearl Eddy, and Ruby Copeland.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, Curry Chapel, 100 Grant Street in Fairview, on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dick Bartrug officiating.
