Betty Jo Jones, 84, of Bellview passed this life on December 23, 2022, at home.  She was born February 26, 1938, to the late Arthur H. and Ola M. (Fetty) Jones.

She attended Baxter Elementary School, Barnes School, graduating from Fairmont Senior High School in 1956.  Betty worked as a medical tech in Akron, Ohio.

In addition to her parents Betty is preceded in death by , 4 brothers and spouses; D.W. "Bill" and Virginia Jones, Arthur Jones Jr., Raymond and Patty Jones, John and Rose Jones, a sister Marian and Jim Commodore, brother-in-law Simeon Palamino.

Betty is survived by a sister Nola Palamino, several nieces, and nephews, and cousins.

She enjoyed nature, her animals, and traveling, gardening, playing the organ and piano, she played for several weddings and at Highland Avenue United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be at 12:00 p.m., at Domico Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery and Mausoleum, Morgantown WV.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.domicofh.com.
