Betty Lou Marks, 87, of Fairmont passed away Friday, November 29, 2024. She was born on September 3, 1937, the daughter of the late Raymond Luzader and Audra Groves Luzader.

Betty retired from the Fairmont General Hospital Dietary Department in 2002. She was a member of Everson Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking pepperoni rolls, fundraising for the Relay for Life, and making baked goods for the Soup Opera.

Betty is survived by her children, Ann Martin of Bingamon, Billy Marks and his wife Vicky of Monongah, Cindy Mackey and her husband Gary of Shinnston, Daphne Koski and her husband Mark of Shinnston, Erica Garrett and her husband Jimmie of Everson, Faron Marks and his wife Bernadette of Winchester, VA, and Gina Harbert and her husband Greg of Fairmont; grandchildren, Josh, Creed, Zack, Nicole, Whitney, Kyler, Jeremy, Stacy, Scott, Justin, Brandon, Hailey, Michael, Emalea, Jessica, Amber and Amos, and Brennan and Jen; several great grandchildren; an aunt, Lillian Anderson; and many friends, coworkers, and church family members.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Calvin Martin.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The funeral will be at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Robert Tennant officiating.
