Betty Ann Satterfield, 94, of Fairmont, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She was born on March 13, 1931, a daughter of the late Hafford Rogers and Nellie Suiter Rogers.

Betty worked for the Marion County Board of Education as a secretary for over 30 years. She was Methodist by faith. Betty enjoyed bowling on her bowling league with her husband, gardening and planting flowers, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Betty is survived by her son, Jerry Satterfield; grandchildren, Lindsey Satterfield, Brittany Rowland (Jeff), Trey Satterfield (Kelsey), Gannon Satterfield, and Peyton Satterfield (Kaylee); great grandchildren, Mackenzie Satterfield, Janie Satterfield, Molly Satterfield, and Jayce Holbert; and a brother, Ronnie Rogers.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Vernon "Bud" Satterfield; son, Jeffrey Satterfield; grandson, Justin Satterfield; and siblings, Joe Rogers, Gene Rogers, Andy Rogers, and Bobbie Charleton.
