Brent Cameon, 47, of Morgantown, West Virginia, died at home unexpectedly on Monday, August 11, 2025.

He was born in Fairmont, November 3, 1977, the son of Connie Cameon of Fairmont and the late Pete Cameon. He is survived by two brothers, Stanley Cameon and wife Cheri of Fairmont; Peter Cameon and wife Beth of Morgantown; nephews, Andrew and Evan, and niece Simone. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Louis and Mary Koldres of Four States and Clyde and Maggie Cameon of Carolina.

Brent attended Sts. Peter and Paul School in Monongah, North Marion High School, and West Virginia University. He most recently ran a private legal practice in Morgantown. Brent was passionate about helping and providing legal aide to people in need.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Friday, August 22, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The service will be at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Father Joseph Konikattil officiating.  Donations in Brent's memory may be made to Legal Aid of West Virginia, a non-profit organization that helps veterans, seniors, and other disadvantaged West Virginians facing difficult legal situations.
