Pastor Celia S. Frazier was born January 5, 1971 to Terry Johnson and the late Pastor Gloria Carey.  She attended DC Public schools and graduated with honors from Eastern Senior High School.  She later attended community college and pursued a career in medical administration.  Almost 30 years ago on May 3, 1992 Pastor Frazier married the love of her life Deacon Thomas Frazier Jr.  In which the conceived three children Chantilly, Daniel, and Emmanuel Frazier

Pastor Frazier loved the Lord with all her heart and she loved to sing.  She knew any and every song there was to know.  She was a walking song book.  She was a devoted Christian, Loving Wife, Caring Mother and Grandmother.
