David Lycurgas Offutt Sr., 84, of Fairmont, WV passed away on July 4, 2023, at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown. He was born in Marion County on May 12,1939, the son of the late Roscoe Offutt and Arizona West Offutt.

David was a retired truck driver and United States Navy Veteran. He enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends. David's favorite thing to do was ride his Harley with friends and his companion, the late Eleanor McQuain.

David is survived by his children, David Offutt Jr., Mark Offutt, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings, Ronnie, Connie, Candy, Sharon "Susie", and Patrick.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his siblings, Carolyn, Theodore "Teddy", Charles "Tom", and James "Jimmy".
