After a 2 year long battle with cancer, Debbie Kay Hayes of Parrish Run went home to be with the Lord on January 24, 2021. Debbie is now reunited with her husband and love of her life, Don. Debbie was a proud wife, proud mother of three sons, and a proud grandmother to her six grandchildren. She was dedicated to her businesses and a devoted friend to many. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren's extracurricular activities, spending time with her family at her family camp, attending Everson Baptist Church, serving at the Soup Opera, and spending time with her best friend and aunt, Roxane Hayes.

Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Donald William Hayes. She is survived by her parents, Lawrence and Phyllis Hunt of Colfax, WV; her brother, Wesley Hunt and wife Eva of Colfax, WV; her children, Donald Hayes, Jr. and wife Amanda, Greg Hayes and wife Betsy, Cory Hayes and wife Jenna; as well as her six grandchildren, Hannah, Tyler, Madison, Dillon, Taylor, and Dalton.

Friends and family will be received at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Wednesday, January 27 ^th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 28 ^th from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and on Friday, January 29 ^th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The funeral will be on Friday, January 29 ^th at 1:00 p.m. Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.domicofh.com.
