Debra "Debbie" Kay Fetty, 63, of Fairmont, passed away Thursday, July 16th, 2020 with family by her side. She was born March 19th, 1957 in Fairmont, a daughter of the late Charles R. Fetty, Sr. and Shirley M, Arnett Fetty.

Debbie graduated from Fairmont Senior High School in 1975 and from Fairmont State University in 1981. She was employed by Kenny Shoes from 1974-1975, Stone & Thomas from 1975-1998, and Nails by Debbie at Hair Reflections from 1998-2019.

She was a member of Viola Church. Among the many things Debbie enjoyed was her church, helping others, devoting her time at grief share meetings, big family holiday dinners, and an ice cold french vanilla iced cappuccino. Although she had no children of her own, her nieces, nephews, and great nieces were her world.

Debbie was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Fetty. She is survived by her sister, Diane Neely and her husband Kevin Neely, Sr., brother, Charles R. "Bob" Fetty, Jr. and his wife Belinda; nieces and nephews, Kevin Neely, Jr., Deanna Anderson and her husband TJ, Kayla Fetty, and Charles R. "Bobby" Fetty III; great nieces, Lindsay Neely, Myley Anderson, Mia Anderson, and Nora Kay Griffin.
