Delbert Lynn Wallo was born Wednesday, 19 February 1958 at 3:22 p.m. in Fairmont, West Virginia, where he lived most of his life. Delbert passed from this life on Monday, 7 February 2022 at 3:02 p.m. at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, Knoxville, Tennessee.

Our beloved brother joins our beloved mother, Violet Louise Wallo. Those remaining to cherish his memory are Paul Joseph Wallo Jr. (Evelyn Diane), John Thomas Wallo (Sue Smith), Virginia Louise Vincent, Donald Lee Wallo, Sandy Lee Vandergrift, Judy Ann Rebold, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nephews.

Delbert was handicapped from birth with cerebral palsy but he would not allow that to hinder him from living and loving life. Delbert had the ability to make anyone mad, but you couldn't stay mad at him. Delbert also had the ability to make everyone laugh, and he found humor where most would not. Delbert wore his feelings on his sleeve. As a church pastor said, you were never left wondering how Delbert felt.
