Delores "Dee" Lieving Boord, 87, of Fairmont (Hoult Community) passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

She was born at home in Monongah on August 15, 1937. The daughter of Charles and Lenora Lieving (both deceased).

Dee graduated from Monongah High School in 1955 and later went to work at Westinghouse/Philips Lighting where she retired with 27 ½ years of service.

She was a member of the VFW Post 7048 and the Eagles. She enjoyed going to Bingo and to the movies with her friend, Sue Henderson.

Dee is survived by her only daughter, Allyson Barnes Glover and husband Lee, and grandson, Stephen Cavrich II.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mark L. Boord, she was preceded in death by her son, Mark Alan Barnes.

She also has several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
