Donna Marie Tate, 64, of Gypsy passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018.  She was born June 27, 1954 in Woodbridge, England, daughter of Judy Phillips and the late Kenny Phillips.

Family was very important to Donna.  She enjoyed sports, reading her bible, and caring for others.

In addition to her mother, Judy Phillips of Enterprise, Donna is survived by her husband, Russell (Dave) Tate of Gypsy; three sons, Dave (Davy) Tate and wife Melissa of Mannington, Joe Tate and wife Sara of Jordan, MT, and Kenny Tate and companion Michelle Minutelli of Fairmont; a brother, Danny Phillips of Enterprise; a sister, Aleisia Tate of Gypsy; six grandchildren, Devin Tate, Davina Tate, David Tate, Davin Tate, Josie Tate, and Abby Tate.

In addition to her father, Kenny Phillips, Donna was preceded in death by her twin brother, Kenneth Theobold.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Ave. Fairmont, Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Noon on Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor George Heitman officiating.  Interment will follow at Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Domico Funeral Home.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.domicofh.com.
