Dorothy Joan Rahn, 92, of Fairmont, WV and formerly of Pittsburgh and Grove City, PA, passed away Monday, June 8, 2026. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 4, 1932, a daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Lohret.

Dorothy retired from Stemple & Ward CO. and was a member of the IUE Union, CIO, and AFL. She was Catholic by faith.

Dorothy is survived by her nephew, Greg Damis and his wife Rosemary; great-nephew Greggory Damis and his children Cameron, Shae, and Donovan Damis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward G. Rahn; three sisters, Rosemarie Damis, Betty Traupman, and Judy Marsula; and a nephew, Andrew Damis.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The service will be on Tuesday at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. with Father Joseph Konikattil.
