Ernest Lee Hickman, 69, of Plum Run, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020. He was born in Lumberport on November 24, 1950, a son of the late Alfred Hickman and Olive Jean Hayhurst.

Ernest is survived by his wife, Judy Hickman; son, Bobby Hickman and his wife Patty of Joetown; a stepson, Kenny Hayes and his wife Corinne of Plum Run; a mother-in-law, Marie Fluharty, of Plum Run; a daughter-in-law, Jessica Diane Miller Hayes of Plum Run; brothers, Larry Hickman and his wife Debbie of O'Dell's Knob, Ray Harbert and his wife Joyce of Bunker Hill, WV, Alfred Hickman and Julie Giordano of Shinnston, Rodney Hickman of Mannington, and Tim Fury and his wife Loretta of Mannington; sisters, Patricia Perine of Doddridge County, Donna Sue Elza and her husband John of Wyatt, Cindy Berry and her husband John of Wyatt, Sandy Domico and her husband Tom of Fairmont, Jeanette Hickman of Wyatt and Barbie Jones and her husband Charles of Wyatt; grandchildren, Ariel Nicole Hayes, Austin Michael Hayes, Kade Phillip Hayes, Madison Jolea Hayes, and Graham ClintonHayes; brothers-in-law, Albie Fluharty and his wife Shelley of Plum Run and Ray Fluarty; and sisters-in-law, Diane Bell and her husband Denzil of Plum Run and Vonda Loudin of Elkins.

In addition to his parents, Ernest was preceded in death by a sister, Diana Harley; father-in-law, Clinton R. Fluharty; and a stepson, Clinton Michael Hayes.
