Eudizia Manzo of Fairmont, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, November 26th at the age of 94. She was surrounded by loving family at Conchetta's Health Home Care. She was born May 23, 1929, in Duronia, Italy, daughter of the late Pasquale and Rosina D'Onofrio and wife of the late Mario Manzo.

Eudizia was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the owner and operator of Mary Ann's Restaurant in Fairmont. She was an avid lover of her language and taught lessons in Italian at her church. Food and cooking was a big part of her life: she always made sure her guests were well-fed. She particularly valued time spent with family, especially her great-granddaughters, whom she lovingly called her "munchkins."

She is survived by her two children; Rosa Anna Gallucci and her husband John of Fairmont, Ermano Manzo and his wife Joanne of Loveland, OH; four grandchildren, John Aaron Gallucci and his wife Tina of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Audra Moore and her husband Chris of Fairmont, Isabella Manzo of Louisville, KY, and Justin Manzo of Loveland, OH; and four great-grandchildren, Gabriella and Vivianna Gallucci, and Riley and Avery Moore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Eudizia was preceded in death by her two sisters, Addolorata Germano and Gina Morsella.

The family would like to thank Eudizia's caregiver, Toni Iaquinta, and Amedysis Hospice Care. Also, a heartfelt thank you to Sister Stella Cronauer and Father Kishore Varaparla.

Family and friends may visit Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue, in Fairmont from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023.Vigil rites will be performed Friday at 5:30 p.m. by Sister Stella Cronauer. The Catholic Funeral Liturgy will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 329 Maryland Avenue in Fairmont, WV, on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Kishore Varaparla as Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
