George Charles "Chuck" Bingamon 84, passed away Friday, November 13 ^th , 2020 at the Pierpont Center in Fairmont.  He was born December 31st, 1935 in Kingmont, WV, the son of the late Robert Branson and Julia Elizabeth (O'Day) Bingamon.  He was preceded in death by his wife Janice May (Pitman) Bingamon and his eight siblings Mary Ann Bingamon, John Joseph Bingamon, James Robert Bingamon, Steve Austin Bingamon, Henora Alice Shaver, Jessie Mae Suppa, Patricia Agnes Dusky and Julia Waneta Smith.

He is survived by daughter Janice Jay (Bingamon) Carr and her husband Steve, grandchildren Joseph Gilbert, Dennis Perkins III, and Tessa Carr and several nieces and nephews.

He was previously employed as a custodian at the Marion County Board of Education and a previous member of the Marion County Police Reserves.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Friday, November 20, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A graveside service will follow on Friday at Mt.
