Jack Allen Brooks, 58, of Fairmont passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019. He was born December 27, 1960 in Ozark, Alabama, son of Alex Brooks, Jr. and Carolyn Peters Brooks.

Jack is survived by his parents, Alex and Carolyn Brooks; two daughters, Desirea Santiago and Jenna Hess; two stepdaughters, Samantha and Tasha Smith, both of Fairmont; a brother, Gary Brooks of Barrackville; one grandchild; and three greatgrandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alex and Thelma Brooks, and Carl and Goldie Peters; and an uncle, Carl William Peters.
