Jarvis Denzil Fluharty, 50, of Fairmont, passed away Sunday, December 15th, 2024 after a battle with cancer. He was born in Fairmont on January 1st, 1974, a son of the late Brenda Fluharty Thompson and Jarvis Fluharty of Katy.

Jarvis was formerly employed at Welder Fabricator Industrial Resources.

In addition to his father and step mother, Regina, he is survived by his brothers, Daniel Fluharty and Ray Thompson of Fairmont; sisters, Tonya McVicker of Fairmont and Brittany Thompson; his former wife Cassie McCaulley and his best friend, Russell Morrison of Fairmont.

In addition to his mother, Jarvis was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Denzil and Pauline Fluharty; maternal grandparents, Daniel and Margaret Wilson.
