Judy Kay (Carpenter) Roberts, 72, of Fairview, WV, gained her wings on Saturday, October 16, 2021, surrounded by family. Judy was born November 7, 1948, daughter of the late Sylvanis (Clay) Carpenter and Elizabeth (Morrison) Carpenter.

Judy was a devoted Christian and member of the Pumpkin Center Church of Christ. She was also a phenomenal and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her greatest joy was spending time with her great-grandsons, Riley and Brantley.

Judy is survived by a daughter, Dawn (Roberts) Tennant and husband Roy L. Tennant; a granddaughter, Danielle Canfield and husband Brian K. Canfield II; step-grandchildren, David and Elizabeth Tennant; two great-grandsons, and lights of her life, Riley and Brantley Canfield; along with two brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, John C. Roberts; a daughter, Christina Roberts; sisters, Helen (Carpenter) Jaros and Betty (Carpenter) King; brothers, Eugene (Clay) Carpenter and Ronald Carpenter.

Memorial services for John and Judy will be held November 6, 2021 at Pumpkin Center Church of Christ with visitation at Noon and services to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Preacher Robert Leedy officiating. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.domicofh.com.
