Judy M. Phillips passed away on May 21, 2022. She was the daughter of Grover L. White and Myrtle (Elza) White.

She was born February 26, 1935 in Grafton, WV. She is survived by one sibling, Gary White of Waverly, VA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Donna Tate; brothers, Grover L. White II and Ralph Younger White; sister, Joann Stevens of Lancaster, OH; and sister, Maple White.

Also surviving are daughter, Alesia Tate and husband Ron of Gypsy, WV; son, Daniel L. Phillips of Salem, WV; and son-in-law, David Tate of Gypsy, WV.

Surviving are 8 grandchildren, Machelle Bess of Gypsy, Rhonda Stark of Lumberport, Donald Tate of Bridgeport, Charles Tate of Gypsy, Ronald Tate II of Gypsy, David Tate of Mannington, Joey Tate of Jordan, MT, and Kenneth Tate of Fairmont; 18 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.

She retired from UHC Hospital after 22 years of service.

She loved books, traveling, flowers, and most of all, her grandchildren.

She also had 3 special nieces, Trina, Julie, and Judy.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The funeral will be at the funeral home on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. with Julie Walker officiating.
