Julia Sue Nichols, 80, of Fairmont went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Fazio's Elder Care in Monongah. She was born on October 1, 1940 in Fairmont, WV, a daughter of the late Wayne and Catherine (Nichols) Ferguson.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Rebecca (Nichols) Blair and brother-in-law, William Poling.

She is survived by one sister, Linda (Nichols) Poling and brother-in-law, David Blair. She was also loved and referred to as Aunt JuJu by nephews and nieces, Stephen Poling and his wife Lisa and family, Julie Coyle and her husband David and family, Tisha Rhoades and her husband Chad and family, and Dave Blair and his wife Ashley and family.

Julia went to East Fairmont High School and graduated from the University of Maryland.

She held many career positions within the government while living in Maryland and lastly worked at the VA Hospital in Clarksburg.

The family would like to thank Cora and Stacey and the entire staff at Fazio's for the great loving care they provided for Julia.
