June P. Rogers, 95, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025. She was born on May 21, 1930, a daughter of the late Raymond Paxton and Martha Paxton Brown.

June retired from the Fairmont State University Registrar's Office. She was a long time member of the Monongah Baptist Church. June was an avid golfer – playing into her early 90s – and was a member of the Green Hills Country Club and Ladies Golf League for several years. She also loved WVU sports, especially football and basketball, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

June is survived by her children, Pat Aittama and her husband Glenn of Zeeland, MI, and Randy Rogers and his wife Jan of Pinnacle, NC; grandchildren, Eric Aittama of Zeeland, MI, Stephanie Aittama McAuley and husband Chris of Holland, MI, Andrea Aittama Paulson and husband Mark of Holland, MI, Matthew Rogers and his wife Amber of Harrisburg, NC, Andrew Rogers of Pinnacle, NC, and Jillian Rogers of Pinnacle, NC; 13 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. "Tommy" Rogers; and sisters, Lois Dufour and Mary Ryan.
