Margaret Mae Abel, 66, of Fairview, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019. She was born on March 17, 1953, daughter of the late James Scritchfield and Patricia Villinger Scritchfield.

Margaret is survived by her sons, James "Jimmy" Abel and his wife Aubrey of Florida and Wesley Abel and his wife Mandy of Fairmont; grandchildren, Logan, Lindsey, and Megan Abel, and Ryan Henderson; a son-in-law, Brian Henderson; sisters-in-law, Libby Bintti and husband Bob of Kentucky, Dessie Haught of Fairmont, Linda Bingaman and her husband James "Red" of Fairmont, and Janet Rush of Fairmont; and a cousin, Sissy Siburt.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Abel; her daughter, Patty Henderson; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Merico, Eleanor Allard, and Alberta Abel.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home – Curry Chapel, 100 Grant Street in Fairview, on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 1:00 p.m. with Woodrow Malcolm officiating.
