Margaret Glorian
Alberti
May 5, 1948 — Nov 21, 2020
It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Margaret Alberti, who spread her wings and left this world on Saturday, November 21, 2020 after a brave battle with Alzheimer's. Margaret passed away peacefully and with grace with her family by her side.
Margaret went by many names in her lifetime, including daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. However, you knew this special and extraordinary lady and however she touched your life, you can be certain that your life was much richer for the experience. She will forever live on through each and every one of us with the sharing of memories and stories.
Margaret retired from Fairmont General Hospital as an LPN. She enjoyed horseback riding, piano, travel, and reading.
Margaret leaves behind to remember her life her beloved children, Tracy Alberti (Jayme), Michelle Reeves (Thomas), and Mark Alberti (Eve); beautiful grandchildren, Andrew Frost (Shawna Kaye), Christopher Reeves, Tyler Alberti, and Brayden Alberti; and her great grandchild, Hudson Frost.
Margaret also leaves behind her devoted sister, Diane Wales-Kelly; Leighann Murray, whom she loved as a daughter and was a cherished friend; and her loyal pet companion, Cash, who gave her great comfort and joy.
Although we wished with all our hearts that she could stay with us just a little bit longer, her company was needed elsewhere. Awaiting her in heaven is her wonderful and loving husband, Allen Alberti; her parents, Charles A. Wales and Leslie Vivian Levitt Wales; and her sister, Cynthia E. Tischer.
She will forever be missed.
The family would like to give special thanks to Amedisys Hospice. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer's and Dementia Society.
"Gone but not forgotten, gone but ever near. No longer living in this world, but always and ever near."
