Mary Lou Gump, 90, of Fairview, passed away at Fairmont Health and Rehab, on December 31 ^st , 2021. She was born on August 1 ^st , 1931, the daughter of the late Luther and Auda Gump.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister, Willa Jean.

She is survived by one sister, Marjorie Rose; 3 brothers, Carl (Mary) Gump, of Youngstown, OH, Francis (Dana) Gump of Fairmont, and Darwin (Dottie) Gump of Fairview; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.

She was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church in Fairview. She was also an employee of Hartley's Department Store for over 20 years. She also worked at WT Graphics.

Her services will be on Sunday, January 2 ^nd , 2022 from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. at St. Paul Baptist Church. She was lie in state at St. Paul Baptist Church on Monday, January 3 ^rd , 2022 from 1 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. with funeral services at 2 p.m. She will be laid to rest at Benefield Cemetery in Pumpkin Center, Fairview with Pastor Larry Harker officiating.
