Michael Angelo Talerico, 70, of Shinnston, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, with his son holding his hand. He was born May 29, 1953 in Fairmont, a son of the late Anthony Talerico and Lucy Zecco Talerico.

He graduated from East Fairmont High School.

Michael is survived by his son, Lucas Talerico of Enterprise; step children, Jarrod Carpenter and his wife Suzanne, and Wesley Carpenter, both of Shinnston; grandchildren, Kobie Carpenter and Kenzy Carpenter; brothers, Gary Talerico and his wife Janette, Anthony Talerico and his wife Debbie, and Steve Talerico and his wife Janice; a sister, Trina Brown and her husband Joe; former wives, Cora Amoroso Terwilliger and her husband Brad, and Diana Talerico.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his son, Michael Anthony Talerico, who passed June 17, 2016.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The funeral will be at the funeral home on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Marion County Humane Society, PO Box 905 Fairmont, WV 26554.
