Michael Anthony D'Amico, 81, of Fairmont passed away Monday, November 5, 2018. He was born May 21, 1937 in Fairmont, son of the late Albert D'Amico and Minnie Donofrio D'Amico.

Michael is survived by the mother of his children, Carol D'Amico; his children, Michael D'Amico II and his wife Teresa, and Julie Buchanan and her husband Robert; grandchildren, Olivia Buchanan, Evan Buchanan, and Dustin D'Amico; his sister, Sandra Sweede and her husband Tom; nieces, Shelley Baker, Tammy Sweede, Crystal Knapton and her husband David; nephew, Gary Bray and his wife Brenda; and great nieces and nephews, T.J. Boyd, Krista Haas, Tyler Haas, Jessica Efaw, Joby Knapton, Zack Bray, and Amanda Kincell.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Moore.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Marion County Rescue Squad, 400 Virginia Avenue Fairmont, WV 26554.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. with Pastor Robin Northworthy officiating.
