Michael was born on September 25, 1956 and was raised by Walter and Goldie Miller of Carolina, WV. He graduated from Monongah High School, Monongah, WV.

Michael joined the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Carolina, WV at an early age and held many offices as time went on. As a young teenager/adult, his most prized possession was his 1968 Mustang, he dubbed "The Shining Starr."

He held various jobs after graduation including working for Hope Gas, known as the community handyman. Mike would and did assist numerous neighbors and members of Carolina, Monongah, Fairmont, and the surrounding areas with home repairs, auto repairs, and lawn care.

He was preceded in death by both parents, and twin sister, Michelle (Starr) Foster of California. He is survived by brothers, Charles Miller and Sylvester Miller; nephew, Walter Mendell Miller (Regina); niece, Coilynn (Cocoa) Buford; great nephews, Devin Miller, Tariq Miller; and one great niece, Leah Buford.

The family will receive friends at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Carolina, WV on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Charles Miller officiating. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.domicofh.com.
