Orville Earl "Bud" Foley, 79, of Fairview, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2019. He was born November 25, 1939, son of the late Elva W. Foley and Thelma Simpson Foley.

Bud was employed by Penn Line Construction and was a member of the UMWA.

Bud is survived by his children, Gregory Foley of Virginia, Stanley Foley of Fairview, and Bernetta Kolb and her husband Andrew of Mannington; grandchildren, Jessica Beebe, Taylor Foley, Alexa Beebe, and Shelby Foley; great grandchildren, Montgomery Schroll; a brother, Wayne Foley; and sisters, Jean and Kay.

In addition to his parents, Bud was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Foley; and siblings, Robert, Raymond, James, Ruby, and Norma Jean.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home – Curry Chapel, 100 Grant Street in Fairview, on Sunday, November 10, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be Monday, November 11. 2019 at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Delas Stuzen officiating. Interment will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover. After interment, the Fairview Volunteer Fire Department Women's Auxiliary will have a reception at the Fairview Fire Hall.
