Otis Handley, Jr., 91, passed away August 11, 2024. He was born May 21, 1933, a son of the late Otis Handley and Dorothy Handley. He was married to Connie Handley until her death on October 13, 2022.

He was a father to Greg A. Handley (deceased), Tammy R. Reed, Tonya K. Handley, Todd E. Handley, daughters-in-law, Darlene Handley and Susan Handley; five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Don Handley, Monte Handley (deceased), Judy Jacobin (deceased), and Sandra Mullenax.

He was born in Harrison County, West Virginia. He lived in Titusville, Florida until moving to Milford, Delaware. He retired after 40 years with the Department of Agriculture. Otis served in the Korean War. He loved working in the yard, fishing, and baseball games.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The funeral will be at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Michael Kirby officiating.
