Pernell Washington Justice 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 17, 2023. He was born September 23, 1962 in Buffalo, New York, & grew up in Four States, West Virginia. He went to North Marion High School & later earned his GED.

Pernell was proceeded in death by his father, Robert K. Justice Sr. Survived by his Mother, Mable Justice, his Brother Roger & Sister in law Sally Justice, Brother Robert K Justice Jr., & Brother Forrest & Sister in law Charita Justice. He is also survived by many cousins & friends.

Pernell loved working outside, working for others, & loved being with his friends Aaron & Jack.
