Richard David Tano, 63, of Fairmont, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025 . He was born in Fairmont on August 23, 1961, a son of the late Frank Tano, Sr. and Margaret Taylor Tano.

Richard is survived by his children, Christina Phillips and her husband Ian, Nicholas Tano, and Taylor Tano and her boyfriend Matthew Kelch; and grandchildren, Lilly Abston, Domanick Tano, Aubrye Phillips, Gage Phillips, and Ja'Leal Holland. The family would also like to give special thanks to Cindy Uram.

Richard was a great dad and all of his friends loved him.
