Robert Wayne Hanning, 68, of Fairmont, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020. He was born August 2, 1951, a son of the late Robert M. Hanning and Katherine L. Garrison Hanning.

Robert was a loving husband. He was an avid reader who enjoyed traveling and farming. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Robert is survived by his wife, Sandra Hanning; children, Vincent Hanning and his wife Amy of Indiana, Jessica Kitchens and her husband Jonathan of Indiana, and Amber Gulley and her husband Jeff of West Virginia; grandchildren, James, Veronica, Francesca, Samantha, and Armand; a brother, Donald Hanning and his wife Mary Ann; a sister, Tina Upperman and her husband Mike; and nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Sunday, July 5, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be Monday, July 6, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jonathan Kitchens officiating.
