Robert Gayle Kerns, 71, of Fairmont, passed away January 13, 2022. He was born July 15, 1950, the son of the late Edgar and Ellen Kerns.

Robert is survived by his wife, Vanessa Lawson Kerns; 6 natural and step children; 16 grandchildren; a brother, Tom Kerns and his wife Nancy; a niece and nephew; and special friends Tim and Louise Glover.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The funeral will be at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Glover officiating.
