Robert E. O'Dell, 76, of Coons Run Community, went to be with the Lord, surrounded by his family on August 26, 2024 at home, following a long illness.

Rob is survived by his wife, Debbie, whom he married in 1970; his two children, James (Lori) O'Dell, and Julie O'Dell; his grandsons, Trey (Jessica) Anderson, and Alex Smith and his girlfriend, Angel; and his great granddaughter, River Dawn Anderson; step grandson, James (Cassie) Lemley and Joshua; his sister-in-law, Janet (Jack) Frazier, who was more like a sister to him.

Rob loved playing and watching sports, but, most of all, he loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Lucie O'Dell; his twin brother, Albert O'Dell, who died in 1991; and his in-laws, Bill and Vera Moore of Monongah.

He attended the Trinity Assembly of God Church.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The funeral will be at the funeral home on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dave Wright officiating.
