Roger Dale Moore, 70, of Fairmont, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2025. He was born in Montgomery, WV on July 8, 1955, a son of the late Russell Moore and Delphia Pritt Moore.

Roger worked as an A&P Mechanic Sheetmetal for over 30 years. He enjoyed golf, cornhole, karaoke, and being around his grandchildren.

Roger is survived by his daughters, Christel Freeman, Valerie Moore and Ashley McKay and their husbands Kody Edwards and Gregory McKay; grandchildren, Kitara Harger, Brittnee Moore, and Tayler Freeman of Lake City, FL, Juliann Moore Ashton Moore, Khianna Edwards, and Khameron Edwards, and Jace Williams, Valiat Moore, and Julious Moore; a great granddaughter, Holley Harger; siblings, Debbie and J.D. Dunlap, Wanda Grey, Candace Ware, and Bruce and Becky Moore; and his girlfriend, Sandy Ammons.

In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his siblings, Donald Moore, Melvin Moore, Russell Junior Moore, Tammy Gibbs, and Alice Coleman.
