Rosella Rae Nestor –Vansickle, 60, of Pleasant Valley, WV, passed away on August 20, 2025 at her residence.

Rosella was a homemaker. She had a love for the outdoors. She enjoyed swimming at Fortney Mills and Arden. She never met a stranger, took pleasure in making others laugh, dancing, and spending time with her loved ones and friends.

She is the daughter of Betty Ridgeway and the late Kenneth Nestor. Rosella is survived by her spouse of 20 years, Gerhard Fischer; children, Shauna Huffman and Shaun Yalaz, Loretta Abel, Edward Nestor and Tara D. Taylor; grandchildren, Cody Wilson, Ava Abel, Cayenne Taylor, and Bridget Nestor; three great grandchildren; siblings, Ronnie Stottlemire and wife Debbie, Pam Stottlemire, Tina Nestor, Donna Baston, and Kenneth Nestor; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Rosella was preceded in death by her step father, Edward Ridgeway.
