Ruth G. Hutchinson, 82, of Fairmont, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020. She was born in Fairmont on June 23, 1938, a daughter of the late Norman and Alma Holloway.

She was a member of the Welcome Baptist Church choir and church. She enjoyed crochet, music, church, cooking for her family, and reading the Bible.

Ruth is survived by her children, James Holloway, Arnette Loggins, and Joseph Hutchinson; a sister, Mary Coleman; grandchildren, Mikol Holloway, Jameikka Holloway, Michael Holloway, Jr., Jamal Smith, Michael Littleton, Danah Holland, Alonzo Holland, Kara Collins, Jowuana Littleton, and Na-Alaneichea Holloway; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Hutchinson, and siblings, Willie Holloway, Arnette Holloway, Ervin Holloway, Alfred Holloway, Norma Jean Holloway, and Donald Holloway.
