Shirley Ann Tartt, age 81 of Fairmont, West Virginia passed peacefully on June 1st 2026 She was born on October 10th, 1944 in Fairmont West Virginia was the beloved daughter of Simmie and Lucy Tartt. She lived a life marked by love, strength, compassion, and devotion to her family and friends.

Shirley was known for personal qualities-kindess, generosity, sense of humor, faith, and determination. She touched the lives of many who knew her through her warmth and caring spirit.

She is survived by her son Tracey a Master in the Study of Law graduate from Hamline University and a honorable discharged veteran of the United States Air Force. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom she loved deeply. She was preceded in death by her parents and all her siblings.

Family and friends will remember Shirley for her special memories, accomplishments, values, and traditions. Her legacy will continue through the lives of those who loved her.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home on June 10th from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A memorial service will be held on June 10th at Domico Funeral Home 414 Gaston Avenue Fairmont, WV 26554 at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to charity of organizations, if desired.

The family extends sincere gratitude to all who provided care, support, and friendship during her life and final days.
