Thelma Louise Hawkins Collins, 93 of Fairmont passed away March 18, 2020. She was born in Fairmont January 14, 1927, the daughter of the late Frank and Emma Frasco.

Thelma worked at the Tomato Queen, Fairmont State College, and was a homemaker. She will be especially missed by her furbabies Stormy, Jamie, and the late Thunder. She enjoyed donating to her favorite charities.

Thelma is survived by her daughter, Gloria Jean Garrison who resided with Thelma for the past 12 years in order to care for her with help from her grandson, John William Garrison over the last few years. Also surviving is her daughter, Janice Louise Burge and her husband David, Sr. of Rivesville; grandchildren, David Burge, Jr. of Rivesville, Davina and Joe Crandall of Fairmont, and Greg and Deborah Garrison of Fairview; great grandchildren, Johnna Perris and James Biggie, Anthony Burge, Makenze Williams and fiancée Steven Carder, Gregory Garrison II-Pyles and wife Breanna, John Gregory Garrison and Jacy McCann, the late Johnathon Gregory Garrison and the late Johnathan David Williams; great great grandchildren, Braydon Burge, Grant Perris, Khloe Heffner and sister Kaylee Grace Pyles; special life long friend, Terry (Weasel) Hoy Crouso (her baby); several nieces and nephews; her brother, Ermine (Ernie) Lowther and wife Elouise of Fairmont; a sister, Rose Angelino of Rivesville; step son, Roy Satterfield and his wife Elaine.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Parker; her husbands, William "Bill" Hawkins and Arthur J. Collins.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home in Fairmont on Sunday, March 22, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday, March 23, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will be on Monday at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Rex Musgrove officiating.
