Todd Joseph Hall was born January 13, 1973 and passed away on February 10, 2024. Todd was a graduate of Lincoln High School. Todd had the odds stacked against him his entire life, but he didn't let that stop him from doing whatever he set his mind too.

Todd was survived by his Mother, Elizabeth Freeman of Fairmont; his Father, Angelo and step mother, Genny Hall of Fairmont; and his son, Donald Freeman, also of Fairmont. He is survived by his brother, Brent Hall and sister-in-law, Marsha Hall of Tampa, Florida and sisters, Ashley and Angela Hall of Fairmont. He has nieces, Jordan (Parker) Hall-Kwafo, and great niece, Jaidyn, Corissa Hall (Kyle Bailey); great nephews, Grayson, Gavin, and Vincent; a nephew, Trae Hall (Kyra Lee) of Knoxville, TN.

Todd accomplished every goal he set his mind to. He was so proud of his independence and living on his own or many years. An awful accident shorted his courageous life. Todd never met a stranger and loved the fellowship of others. He had more friends and friendly acquaintances than anyone you'll ever meet. He will be remembered and missed by family always.
