Williamina (Wilma) Sorrell Gray departed this life on Saturday, May 23 ^rd after a long illness. Wilma was born on October 6, 1947 in Lochwinnoch, Scotland to William and Ann Sorrell. She graduated from St. Stephen's High School, Class of 1963, in Port Glasgow, Scotland. Wilma moved to the United States in 1965 and worked for State Farm Insurance for many years. She is survived by her son, Robert Gray and wife Lana (Fairmont, WV) and daughter, Kathleen Gray and wife Rachel Hauser (Greensboro, NC), her sisters, Noreen Arnold (John) of Port Glasgow, Scotland, and Kathleen Vick (Howard) of Virginia Beach, VA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by his siblings, Ann Borthwick, Robert Sorrell, and Caroline Thomas. Wilma enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family can be made to WV Caring Hospice Care, 1406 Country Club Road in Fairmont.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Thursday, June 4, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Catholic Funeral Liturgy will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 329 Maryland Avenue in Fairmont, on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Jojan Joseph officiating.
