Katelyn "Katie" Pearl Francis of Fairview, WV, passed away Friday April 24, 2014.   Katie was born December 10, 1992 in Fort Benning, GA, daughter of Pamela Jo Markley.

Katie was a 2011 graduate of North Marion High School, and was a member of Noah's Ark Assembly of God.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Kody Francis; maternal grandparents, Pete and Pebble Markley of Fairview, WV; an aunt and uncle, Bob and Amy Markley; her sister, Kayla Francis; cousins, Quint and Brooke Markley.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Francis K. Markley on February 26, 2001; a cousin, Stephen Haught; and great grandparents, Pearl and Katy Jones.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home - Curry Chapel in Fairview, WV on Tuesday from 1 until 8 p.m. The body will lie in state Wednesday at The Noah's Ark Assembly of God from 10 until 11 a.m. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday April 30, in the church with Pastor Delas Stuzen officiating. The burial will follow at Haught's Cemetery.
