Alexis Morgan Hayes, 23, of Monongah passed away Thursday, April 06, 2017 at her residence. She was born May 17, 1993 in Elkins, daughter of Gerald Auvil and Buffy Workman Tarley.

In addition to her parents, Alexis is survived by her father, Michael Tarley of Fairmont; three children, Shawn Ryan Rush, Colton John Rush, and Raelyn Michelle Hayes; two brothers, Nicholas Ryan Tarley of Fairmont and Michael Ethan Tarley of Farimont; two sisters, Kaitlyn Mackenzie Auvil of Elkins and Jessica Erin Auvil of Boise, Idaho; maternal grandparents, Brent Workman and wife Diana of Elkins; paternal grandparents, Clark Auvil and wife Donna of Elkins, maternal great grandmother, Elsie Elmore of Jim Town; paternal great grandmother, Vera Auvil of Parsons; an uncle, Mark Tarley and wife Siobhan of Morgantown; three aunts, Kathy Parker of Monongah, Lena Corley of Elkins, and Sara Workman of Elkins; ten cousins, Heidi Workman of Beverly, Marches Parker of Monongah, Andrew, Cavan, Blaithe, and Maille Tarley all of Morgantown, Lily and Emily Corley of Elkins, and Olivia and Brenten Workman of Elkins; husband, Ryan Hayes of Mannington; friend, Shawn Rush of Fairview. Alexis is also survived by many friends.

Alexis is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Paisley Jolee Davis Hayes buried in Rachael; maternal great grandfather, John Elmonre; paternal great grandparents, Gerald and Edith Ware; and paternal great grandparents, Tony and Marcella Tarley.

The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Ave. Fairmont, Thursday 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Larry Kincell officiating.
